Functions of Internal Complaints Committee:

• Redressal of complaints filed  within the scope of the laws with fairness, without bias and within the time period of 15 days.

• Organize awareness workshops/activities to educate all employees of the institute.

• To sensitize the staff and students of the institute with respect to sexual harassment at workplace, its effects, laws against it and how to file a complaint to the ICC.

• To prepare annual summary report of the actions taken by ICC and employer regarding complaints filed, submit the same to District Officer/Women’s commission and upload it on institute’s website.
