GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL PORTAL

An essential component of every administration is the Grievance Redressal System. The administration of the college is in charge of giving all its employees and students a safe and happy work environment. In accordance with UGC standards, the College has established a Grievance Redressal Committee to address issues from both staff and students. The Principal has had direct control over the Committee ever since the college's founding.
The complains that the principal receives are sent to the relevant Committee members, who investigate the issues based on the gravity of the matter.

The Committee has been working tirelessly to establish a peaceful and accommodating environments for all parties involved.

1. Fairness and impartiality.
2. The handling of grievances informally wherever possible.
3. Ensure the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness.
4. Effective, reciprocal communication and feedback.
5. Upholding the dignity of the College by ensuring strife free atmosphere in the College through promoting cordial student- student relationship and student –Teacher relationship.
6. Encourage the students to express their grievances / problems freely and frankly without any fear of being victimized.
7. Suggestion/Complaint box is installed in front of the admin block.
8. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in and outside the College.
9. Advise students at the College to respect the right and dignity of one another.
10. To make a follow-up of these matters at regular intervals till their final disposal.
