How are they related to us?

I. SAP Job Fair and pool campus Recruitment Drive

IPA jointly with SAP and TASK may organize Job Fairs and/or pool campus recruitment drives for all students who have subscribed to this SAP Student program.

Salient points of this are as follows.

  • Only students who have subscribed for the SAP Student Academy program and who have been awarded a course completion certificate by IPA shall be eligible to attend the job fair and recruitment drives.
  • The job fair and recruitment drive shall be conducted only once a year during the recruitment season.
  • It shall be conducted in a common location or in one of the college campuses the decision for which shall be made jointly by IPA, SAP and TASK.Certification, et al shall entirely be the prerogative of the recruiting companies and IPA or SAP or TASK may have no say on this matter.
  • While companies may not make the SAP Global Certification a mandatory prerequisite for attending the recruitment drives, students with the SAP Global Certificate will be given preference. Having said this some of the companies (especially IT and Consulting companies) may mandate the SAP Global Certificate as an eligibility criterion. It shall entirely be the prerogative of the recruiting companies and IPA or SAP or TASK may have no say on this matter.
  • The criteria for evaluation and selection, salary packages, location, terms of employment, at all shall entirely be the prerogative of the recruiting companies and IPA or SAP or TASK may have no say on this matter.
  • A list of shortlisted and selected candidates shall be shared with the respective Colleges
II. Train-the-Trainer (TTT)

The Train-the-Trainer (TTT) is a pool campus initiative where nominated faculties from participating colleges will be trained by SAP Certified trainers.

SAP Learning Hub, Student Edition

The student edition of SAP Learning Hub which is provided to participating faculties is a learning portal that provides them with access to comprehensive range of content on SAP Solutions. Through SAP Learning Hub, faculty can get access to over 240 course titles of SAP from anywhere at any time. With a wide range of high-quality content and optional live access to training systems from SAP, faculty will be able to learn when and where they choose. The hub offers a personalized environment with user specific data and a learning history linked to faculty login information. Also, students will have access to selected social learning spaces called learning rooms.

Faculty Support :

Classroom Training by experienced and SAP Certified Faculty – To complement the above, the IPA is happy to provide experienced and SAP Certified Faculty to coach the faculty. The trainer will be available full-time for the entire duration of the training.
